Mr. Bachrach has participated in seven federal death penalty cases… Primarily an appellate attorney, Mr. Bachrach is on the faculty of the Bryan R. Shechmeister Death Penalty College at Santa Clara University School of Law, where he lectures on “Future Dangerousness” and teaches workshops on capital defense.
